Why Spreko
sprekadjective, Norwegian
fit, in good shape
agile, spry
full of energy
We added an o to make it a name. The mark is an S cut once by a forward slash, a nod to the Norwegian ø, leaning the way you're going.
Fit
Weight, sleep, heart rate and training in one picture, with your calorie burn checked against what your scale actually did.
Agile
Plans that adapt. Targets correct themselves as new data comes in, and the next session's weights follow your last one.
Full of energy
Readiness tells you when to push and when to recover, from your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep.
Everything else you'd want.
Readiness against your normal
HRV, resting heart rate and sleep compared with your own baseline.
Training load, explained
See when your load rises above your usual. A guide, not a prediction.

Prices in GBP, including VAT. The app is free for individuals. During the beta, coaches use every feature free; the Coach plan starts with the App Store release.
Good to know.
Do I need to be an athlete?
No. Spreko is for anyone who trains and wants their phone, watch and scale data to help. Athletes and coaches get more depth.
Which devices work?
Anything in Apple Health: iPhone, Apple Watch, smart scales, and wearables like Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Polar and Myzone that write to Health. Device details.
How do I get the iPhone app?
Join the beta below and we'll send you a TestFlight invite. TestFlight is Apple's free app for trying apps before they reach the App Store.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Your iPhone counts steps and distance, and a smart scale adds weight and body fat. An Apple Watch or another heart-rate device adds sleep, HRV and workouts, which readiness and training load need.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet; the app is iPhone only. The web dashboard works in any modern browser and reads exports from Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung Health, Oura, Whoop, Polar and Withings.
Does it sync by itself?
Yes, with the iPhone app (iOS 17 or later, in beta on TestFlight). On the web, add an export file whenever you like.
What can Ask Spreko do?
Answer questions about your own data, compare weeks, chart trends, suggest your next session's weights, log food, and show how to do any exercise. It works on your device.
How accurate are the calories?
Spreko removes double counting and checks the estimate against your weigh-ins once you've logged food for two weeks. How it works.
Is my data private?
Yes. It's processed on your device and never sold. Sharing with a coach is off until you switch it on. Privacy policy.
Is this medical advice?
No. Spreko is for fitness and wellbeing. Talk to a medical professional about health concerns.
Get early access.
Join the iPhone beta. We'll email you a TestFlight invite, and nothing else.
